Adam Chamberlain assumed the role of President & CEO at Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) in July 2025, with nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. In his role, Chamberlain oversees responsibility for Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars and Vans in the United States, leading more than 1,700 employees and 384 dealer partners in Marketing and Sales efforts. At a pivotal time for the automotive industry, and at an exceptionally exciting time for Mercedes-Benz, Chamberlain will continue to build on the company’s 140-year legacy, while focusing on introducing iconic products and leading technology.
Chamberlain began his career in 1996 with Volkswagen Group in the U.K., and expanded his experience to the U.S. market in 2016 when he joined MBUSA for the first time. From 2016 to 2021, Chamberlain served as MBUSA Vice President of Sales and Product Management, helping to lead the brand's retail and product strategy in the dynamic U.S. market.
Chamberlain’s most recent post was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Lithia and Driveway. Under his leadership, he was responsible for driving customer-centric experiences and operational efficiency by implementing strategies, monitoring performance indicators and collaborating to enhance systems and processes. During his time at Lithia Motors, the company was the largest automotive retail group in the world, encompassing 460 retail stores and generating $37B in revenue.
As a native of the U.K., Chamberlain holds a degree in International Business and German from Sheffield Hallam University.

Mark Templin is executive vice president and chief operating officer, Toyota Motor North America. He is also president of Toyota Motor Sales (TMS). In this role, Templin oversees Sales, Marketing, TRD, Product Planning, Customer Service, Demand and Supply, Manufacturing and Product Support for the Toyota and Lexus brands in North America. Concurrently, Templin is CEO and board member, Americas and Oceania Region, Toyota Financial Services Corporation (TFSC) and CEO of Toyota Insurance Management Solutions. In addition, Templin serves on the board of directors for the following: Toyota Financial Services Columbia, Toyota Financial Savings Bank (TFSB), Toyota Finance Australia, Ltd., Toyota Credit de Puerto Rico, Toyota Credit Canada Inc., Toyota Finance New Zealand Ltd., Toyota Financial Service Mexico and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (TMCC).
Previously, Templin was director and group chief operating officer of TFSC in Japan. Additionally, Templin was president and CEO of Toyota Financial Services in the U.S., chairman of the board of TMCC and chairman of the board of TFSB.
Prior to his financial services roles, Templin was executive vice president of Lexus International, responsible for leading the luxury brand’s global operations. With his appointment to this role in April 2013, Templin became the first non-Japanese executive to oversee an operational division within the company’s global headquarters in Japan. From April 2013 to December 2017, Templin also served as managing officer of Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC).
Since joining TMS in 1990, Templin has held a number of positions. He served as group vice president and general manager of the Lexus Division for TMS, overseeing all aspects of Lexus’ U.S. automotive operations, including sales and marketing, retail development, customer satisfaction, and product planning. His responsibilities included coordinating sales activities, dealer relations, parts and service operations, and marketing operations of four regional offices around the country. He concurrently served as general manager of the Lexus Planning Division, TMC, working closely with international Lexus affiliates to enhance and bring more awareness of the Lexus Brand worldwide.
Earlier, Templin was general manager for the Lexus Southern Area; assistant general manager for both the Southern and Western Area Lexus offices; sales administration manager and retail operations manager at Lexus’ national headquarters; and vice president of parts, service, customer satisfaction, and training for the Lexus Division. Additionally, he served as vice president of Lexus marketing and vice president of Scion, where he was responsible for all Scion activities.
Before coming to Toyota, Templin held several positions at General Motors Corporation.
Templin currently serves on the board of directors of The National Organization on Disability. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri, where he studied automotive technology.

Reuss directs the following global staff Product Programs and Safety; Battery Strategy including Development and Procurement, Research and Development; Manufacturing and Product Engineering; Purchasing and Supply Chain; Design; Motorsports; Markets including regional operations (North America, South America, China and GM International); Commercial Operations; Portfolio Planning; Quality; Marketing and GM Defense.
From 2013-2018, Reuss was executive vice president, Global Product Development, Purchasing and Supply Chain, and led program management of GM cars, trucks and crossovers worldwide. He served as president of General Motors North America from 2009-2013, responsible for GM’s performance, manufacturing, portfolio and dealer network.
Reuss also served as GM’s vice president of global engineering, where he created and led GM’s Performance Division in 2001 and was responsible for GM’s racing vehicles, including the V-Series Cadillacs and SS Chevrolets.
He was born and raised in Metro Detroit and is deeply committed to revitalizing the region through service to education, community and philanthropy organizations.
Reuss is a mechanical engineer who began his GM career as a student intern in 1983. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Reuss is GM’s Key Executive at Duke University, and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Cranbrook Schools, Horizons Upward Bound, Detroit Workforce Development, the Detroit Education Coalition and the CEO Leadership Group on Regional Economic Development. He served as the 2020 chair of Alliance for Automotive Innovation and is a founding member of GM’s Inclusion Advisory Board. Reuss joined the board of The Henry Ford in 2016 and was named board chair in 2023.

Mr. Peirez also currently serves on the Board of Analytic Partners, a leader in commercial intelligence. Prior to J.D. Power, Mr. Peirez served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sterling Check Corp. During his time at Sterling, Mr. Peirez drove the company’s impressive growth through its initial public offering in 2021 and managed its merger with First Advantage Corporation in 2024.
Prior to Sterling, Mr. Peirez served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Dun & Bradstreet, leading all aspects of customer-facing operations including the company’s lines of business, multi-channel sales platform, service of client solutions, strategy, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Before Dun & Bradstreet, Mr. Peirez spent ten years with MasterCard, most recently in the role of Chief Innovation Officer for MasterCard Worldwide. He also served as the company’s Group Executive, Global Public Policy and Associate General Counsel. Before joining MasterCard in 2000, Mr. Peirez was an associate at Clifford Chance Rogers and Wells, focusing on antitrust litigation.
Mr. Peirez has served on the Federal Reserve Board’s Consumer Advisory Council and the Board of Directors for the Westchester County Association. He was named in the Top 10 Innovators of 2009 ranked by Bank Technology News.
Mr. Peirez earned a B.S. in Policy Analysis, Economic, and Government Studies from Cornell University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award in Criminal Law and Comparative Constitutional Law.

Jonathan Banks is Vice President, Product Development, Vehicle Services at J.D. Power. Under Mr. Banks’ leadership, his market intelligence and analytical teams deliver accurate and timely residual values & used car and truck valuations for the automotive industry, financial institutions, businesses, and consumers. Additionally, Mr. Banks analyzes market data at both the auction and retail level of the new and used vehicle market and develops analytical support for the myriad decisions along the vehicle value chain from product development to remarketing. Banks also serves as one of the division’s primary media spokespeople on issues affecting the automotive industry and its consumers.
With 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Mr. Banks is a wellrespected expert, speaking at many of the major automotive conferences and conventions across the country. He is also a trusted source for the media and has been quoted in various publications, including The Wall Street Journal and USA Today.
Prior to NADA Used Car Guide, Mr. Banks worked as a senior director and manager at ALG for 13 years. At ALG, he helped establish a series of successful initiatives to improve and streamline the use of used vehicle market and pricing data to improve its forecasting model.
Mr. Banks received his undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and his MBA from Pepperdine University as well as a graduate certification in Foundations of Business Analytics. Outside of the office, Banks enjoys traveling, music, watching baseball, reading and just about anything outdoors.

Doug Betts is the President of the Automotive Division at J.D. Power. He is responsible for leading the strategy and operations for J.D. Power’s entire automotive division, which includes operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. He regularly provides perspective on the state of the automotive industry in media outlets like Automotive News, MSN and WardsAuto. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2017, Mr. Betts was at Apple, Inc., where he helped lead the introduction of Apple’s latest product innovations.
Previously, he held senior executive roles in global manufacturing and quality at FCA Chrysler Automobiles as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Quality with responsibilities covering all Fiat and Chrysler brands and services around the world; Nissan Motor Corp, as senior vice president of Total Customer Satisfaction for North and South America including Nissan and Infiniti brands; and Toyota Motor Manufacturing as General Manager of Quality for full size trucks, SUV’s and minivans.

An accomplished entrepreneur, data strategist and leader in predictive analytics, Mr. Davies is known for leveraging technology to drive innovation in the automotive sector. With a background in actuarial science, he began his career as an actuarial analyst in insurance before founding We Predict, a company specializing in predictive analytics for the automotive industry. Under his leadership, the company was acquired by J.D. Power in 2022.
Following the acquisition, Mr. Davies played a key role in integrating We Predict’s capabilities within J.D. Power, further refining data applications for the automotive industry. Leading a cross-functional team across the U.S. and the U.K., he is focused on developing use-case-specific applications from proprietary datasets, strengthening J.D. Power’s position in advanced analytics.

Prior to joining J.D. Power, Tyson worked for Ford Motor Company and Nissan North America, where he held several positions within finance and sales & marketing, leading OEM projects in product development, manufacturing operations, pricing and financial control. Additionally, he has managed financial forecasting and planning in the CPG industry and advised executives in corporate development and M&A in the energy sector.

Thomas King is President, Data & Analytics Division and Chief Product Officer at J.D. Power. Most recently, King served as Vice President, PIN OEM Operations, Digital Marketing Analytics, and Auto Finance. Previously, he was the Senior Director of PIN Consulting & Analytics and was responsible for the ideation, creation and delivery of all PIN client-facing services including analytical reports and consulting services.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2005, Mr. King was in Global Market and Industry Analysis at General Motors. There, he analyzed the U.S. automotive industry, focusing on sales, pricing and incentive dynamics.

Kristin Kolodge is Vice President and Head of Auto Benchmarking and Mobility Development at J.D. Power. She is responsible for all of the company’s vehicle quality research globally, including the Initial Quality Study (IQS); Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study; Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS); and Tech Experience Index (TXI) Study, as well as vehicle quality tracking studies. She is also responsible for generating new solutions that help clients succeed within the future of mobility space.
Previously, Ms. Kolodge was the executive director of driver interaction and human machine interface (HMI), where she was responsible for developing a new HMI Practice at the company and monitoring customer insights, perceptions and behaviors of the consumers interacting with the technology in their vehicles and around them.
Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2014, Ms. Kolodge was senior manager of HMI and ergonomics at Fiat Chrysler. She spent the majority of her 18 years at the company developing automotive features that enhance the customer interface by optimizing ergonomics, intuitiveness and usability. She led the development of the vehicle HMI process that integrated human factors, ergonomics and cognitive analysis into actionable design direction. She also served as senior manager of product investigations and campaigns responsible for conducting technical investigations on products related to vehicle safety and compliance and making recommendations regarding potential field campaign actions.
Ms. Kolodge received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University and a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Michigan.

Ms. Wilson brings deep expertise in enterprise product leadership, organizational scale and change management. Prior to joining J.D. Power, she served as Chief Product Officer at Sterling Check Corp., where she led global product strategy and played a key role in integrating acquired businesses, modernizing technology platforms and accelerating innovation. Her leadership ensured continuity and alignment during periods of rapid organizational change.
Previously, Ms. Wilson held senior leadership roles at SAP SuccessFactors, where she led the recruiting product portfolio and launched several market-defining solutions. She began her career in professional services and project management and implementation roles, giving her a strong foundation in customer success and operational execution.
Ms. Wilson has established a proven track record of building inclusive, high performing teams and forging strong partnerships across product, technology, and go-to-market functions. She is a frequent advisor and contributor in the HR tech space and serves on multiple advisory boards.
Ms. Wilson earned a B.S. in business from the University of Rhode Island.
