The early bird rate is $695 with limited seats available. After that, the standard rate is $795, increasing to $895 for onsite registration on February 17, 2027.

Registration is valid on February 17, 2027 only.

It includes access to all sessions, including the highly anticipated Franchise Assessment, networking meals (breakfast, lunch & breaks), reception and speaker presentations (access is provided after responding to post-event survey).

All registration fees for the event are in U.S. dollars. Payment will be processed using a valid credit card from one of the following options only: American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.

The refund policy is as follows:

• On or before November 20, 2026: Full refund, less the 3.5% processing and $75 handling fees

Yes, substitutions may be transferred to another colleague from the same company at no additional charge.

Registration transfers to a company different from the original registration will not be granted. Substitutions are not confirmed until both the original and substitute attendee receive written confirmation from the JD Power Events Team.

No, you will receive your attendee badge onsite at the Auto Summit registration desk starting at 7:00am local time.

No, your registration does not include access to the NADA Welcome Reception. For more information on the reception, please visit the NADA Show website.

No, all event badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the registration desk. Badge pick-up is required to access all program inclusions.

You can pick up your badge at the registration desk February 17, 2027 starting at 7:30am ET. 

You may be required to show a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport.

Please visit the registration desk to receive a replacement. Only one (1) replacement badge will be printed free of charge. For additional replacement badges, a fee of $75 will be collected.
