What is Auto Summit?

The J.D. Power Auto Summit is the premier automotive retail event at the NADA Show. This one-day event features key industry thought leaders, real-time auto industry data and cutting-edge insights needed to make informed decisions with lasting impacts. Throughout the event, attendees can meet and network with leaders who are shaping the future of this rapidly changing industry, including dealers, OEMs, agencies and suppliers. It's also the exclusive home to the J.D. Power U.S. Automotive Franchise Assessment which provides a quantitative performance assessment across each automotive brand in the U.S. market.

What time will the event start?

Registration and networking breakfast will open at 8:00 am PT

Where can I find the event agenda?

Full agenda will be released in January 2022.

Who attends the event?

Dealers, Dealer Principals, OEMs, media, suppliers and other automotive industry C-Level experts.

Why should I register?

For access to the exclusive industry insights and analytics into the state of the industry, EV adoption, digital retail, supply and inventory, and the annual live Franchise Assessment only available onsite to registered attendees.

How do I register to attend the event?

Registration opens Tuesday, December 7, 2021.

What is the registration fee for Auto Summit?

Early Bird Rate (available through Friday, January 28, 2022): $495.00 Full Industry Attendee Rate (available through Wednesday, March 9, 2022): $595.00. Onsite Attendee Rate: $695.00.

I have a promo code; how can I register?

Enter your promotion code on registration page and select your attendee type.

My promo code isn't working. What do I do?

First, please ensure you are selecting the correct attendee type (i.e. Sponsor). If that is still not working, please contact us at autoevents@jdpa.com.

How can I pay for my registration fees?

All registration fees for the event are in U.S. dollars. Payment will be processed using a valid credit card from one of the following options only: American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.

Does my registration include access to the NADA Welcome Reception?

No, your 2022 registration does not include a ticket to the NADA Welcome Reception. For more information on the reception, please visit the NADA Show website.

Does the registration fee include airfare, transportation and hotel accommodations?

All costs for airfare, ground or airport transfers, and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Are meals included with my registration?

Registration includes breakfast, lunch and two snack breaks.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to autoevents@jdpa.com. The refund policy is as follows:
• On or before January 12, 2022: Full refund, less a $75.00 handling fee
• January 13, 2022 or later: No refund will be honored. Registered participants who fail to attend the Event will be liable for the full fee.

What is the substitution policy?

Substitutions, including those made on-site, may be transferred to another colleague from the same company at no additional charge. Substitution requests must be submitted via email to autoevents@jdpa.com. Registration transfers to a company different from the original registration will not be granted. Substitutions are not confirmed until both the original and substitute attendee receive written confirmation from the J.D. Power Events Team.
Required information for a registration transfer

• Full name of the original registrant
• Full name, title, company and email address of substitute registrant
• Original registrant’s confirmation number

Please note: Cancelling and/or transferring hotel reservations or any other travel related details to attend the event are at the exclusive responsibility of the registrants.

Will my badge be mailed to me ahead of time?

No, you will receive your attendee badge onsite at the Auto Summit registration desk starting at 8:00 am PT outside of the Lafite ballroom at the Wynn.

Do I need to print my badge?

No, all event badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the registration desk. Badge pick-up is required to access all event activities.

 

ONSITE INFORMATION

When and where can I pick up my badge?

You can pick up your badge at the registration desk, located in the foyer of Lafite Ballroom at the Wynn Las Vegas. You will be required to show a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport.

What time will I be able to obtain my badge?

The registration desk will be open on Thursday, March 10, 2022 beginning at 8:00 am.

What if I lose my badge?

Please visit the registration desk to receive a replacement. Only one (1) replacement badge will be printed free of charge. For additional replacement badges, a fee of $75 will be collected.

Is there an event app?

No, the event does not have a mobile app.

 

HOTEL & TRAVEL

How do I make a hotel reservation?

If you are attending the NADA Show, please book your room via the NADA Show site. The last day to make hotel reservations is Thursday, February 17, 2022.

If you are only attending the J.D. Power Auto Summit, please visit one of the nearby hotels too book your room.

What is the closest airport?

McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the main international airport for Las Vegas, NV and is located 3.5 miles from the Wynn Las Vegas hotel.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

There are many different transportation options serving the Las Vegas area, including taxis, car rental and private car services. For more information, please visit the NADA Show Travel and Transportation page.

OTHER CONFERENCE DETAILS

What is the dress code?

During the conference, business casual attire is appropriate. Plan to bring a light jacket or sweater for the cool hotel temperatures.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?

The average temperatures in Las Vegas, NV are mild in March, where we can expect a low of 39°F to a high of 72°F. Please note that the meetings will be held indoors, so please plan accordingly.
